The L.E.A.N. Factor System is the foundation for all of Per-Fit Bodies' personal training programs. Each and every personal training program is tailored to fit your personal goals while pinpointing a mental, nutritional, and physical transformative process.
Unlike other training programs that change their routines every four to six weeks, the L.E.A.N. Factor System's physical routines change every session! By constantly keeping the body off-guard with short, varying, high intensity workouts, there is a higher chance for growth, muscle building, muscle conditioning and fat burning.

The L.E.A.N. Factor eating system is simple and designed for everyone, regardless of where you are now. Instead of keeping track of the number of calories or percentage of daily nutrients, you keep track of your body's natural pH balance and work towards keeping internal harmony as the foundation of your transformation.
The human body requires a balanced pH level to maintain homeostasis, and usually a balanced pH level is slightly more alkaline than acidic. By moderating your intake of certain foods, you will not only give your body the energy it needs, but also your brain to function better and give you that mental push you need to get to where you want to be!
The third step of the L.E.A.N. Factor System is the one that visualizes the benefits of the previous two: physical exercise! Terry's 35-year experience as a personal trainer has allowed him to reap the benefits of designing you with the best program for your specific goals. In order to avoid physical and mental plateaus, we offer 30 and 50 minute sessions which provide varied intensity work outs, depending upon what is needed. Physical wellness of the L.E.A.N Factor System focuses on what you do during the time you exercise rather than how long you spend exercising.
