WHAT IS ONLINE PERSONAL TRAINING?

Life is busy. I get that. But with the Per-Fit online training program I am making it easier than ever for you to get in shape and stay in shape, no matter where your busy schedule takes you.  Online training is specifically designed for those who are of too great a distance to train with me in person but would love to benefit from my innovative training approach, nutritional services and over 35 years of personal training experience. Now you can now train virtually anytime, anywhere that fits your busy schedule with the personalized attention, accountability, and expert advice you’ve always wanted without breaking your budget! 

All you need for my online training program is an iPhone/Android smartphone to download our personal training app (totally free, as we cover the costs) and you are ready to begin! You will then simply log in to workout, see your workout instructions, watch video to see how exercises need to be performed, launch rest & interval timer, take measurements, upload progress photos and even integrate your MyfitnessPal App or Fitbit App if you choose to!

Absolutely! Our training plans are individualized and based upon your extensive health consultation/forms and current fitness level.

I am a beginner. Is this program suitable for me?

Do I need a gym membership?

Absolutely not!  Your training plans can be designed for at-the gym or at-home.  If you do plan to work out in a gym, we will build your training plan based on the equipment available at your gym. If you plan to workout at home, we will build your plan based on whatever equipment you may have…even if you do not have any! 

What if I have an injury?

Depending on the specifics of your injury, we will design a training plan which will limit the injured area and or exercises to help rehabilitate the specific area in question.

Do I have to pay for the app?

Absolutely not!  We have invested in the training app so you do not have to.  All you will need to do is download the app with the link we will send you and you are ready to roll!

As with our standard in-studio plans, we do not have any memberships or contracts (ever!) but offer 4 week programs that can be extended into 8, 12, 16 etc. weeks based on your goal(s).

How long do I have to enroll for?

How do you know how my workouts are going?

Regardless of the plan you select, we will be in contact with you weekly. Second of all, you can log your workouts so we can see what and how you are doing. 

How will I know if my exercise form is correct?

We will provide you with detailed instructions and a demonstration video will be right next to each exercise. If there is still a question on a specific exercise, we will schedule a facetime.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept payments through PayPal.
