FACTOR personal training programs are individually tailored to YOUR GOALS whether your desire is to lose fat, gain lean muscle or a combination or the two!  We offer a variety of workouts so that no two workouts will be exactly the same.  Some training programs change their routines every 4-6 weeks but we change the workout every session!  It is easier for the personal trainer to stay with a specific training program for 4-6 weeks but that signifies a lazy, non-creative trainer.  Our philosophy is to constantly keep the body off- guard therefore it will never adapt…and thereby continue to move forward instead of being stagnant.  Our training programs may include the following: strength training, body sculpting, body building, core training or conditioning training - all dependent upon what you want and or need.  There are no long term programs or sessions to purchase up-front.  Per-Fit Bodies offers only packaged monthly programs.  We have monthly packages available from 4 to 16 sessions.   Once your monthly package is completed you are under no obligation to continue, unless you choose to purchase another monthly session package.   You simply make monthly decisions - No high sales tactics…No hassles L.E.A.N. STEP 1: RESHAPE YOUR THOUGHTS  My job is to get you in the best possible shape of your life internally and externally but in order to accomplish that, the first step is to show you how to gain control over your thoughts.  It is generally agreed upon by all, be in science or religion, that everything is energy.  That being said, I have come to know and believe that the personal tools of creation are one's thoughts, words, actions and emotions.  These four elements are all energy in constant motion and we know that when you move energy you create effect, be it in the positive or negative sense.  It is further known that energy attracts energy, which in turn creates what is termed as "matter".  Therefore basically what I am saying to you is that your thoughts, words, actions and emotions will construct either a positive or negative matter foundation…and this foundation will in turn serve as the "core" of your unique being.  Put another way, everything in your life from personal/business situations to individuals entering into it are brought to you by your own personal tools of creation.   That's right, you heard me correctly.  You, and you alone, are responsible for everything which comes into your life, be it good or bad.   In other words, like attracts like.  Confused?  Okay, just stay with me.  I have been a trainer for over 27 years and in that course of time, I have developed the art of being a pretty good listener.  (I guess I could be considered a personal trainer/physiologist instead of merely a fitness trainer!)  I not only carry this out in the professional sense but in my personal life as well.   I have always seemed to take the role of the listener instead of the one who "vents".  But that is okay with me as I have accepted that part of my life's work is to listen… and therefore help.  My belief is that these individuals are attracted to me because I have what they need at that particular moment in their life.  Interestingly enough what I have come to find through all these conversations is that they all have the same common denominator… and that would be the negative energy of "complaining".  I have never actually kept track but I believe that 80% (probably higher) of casual conversations are based on complaining about something.  Don't believe me?  Do this simple test.  Over the next few days, really pay attention and listen to individuals you have conversations with and take note to see how much actual complaining you hear.  It doesn't have to be long, in depth conversations, for it could simply be "water cooler" talk.  I think you will be surprised with the percentage of negativity you hear in the conversations.  You see, this is the foundation behind the statement like attracts like.   In this situation, the more you complain, the more you are given to complain about and therefore the reason why you hear so much complaining among people.  Another example of such would be through the negative energy of worrying.  The more you worry about the more you are given to worry about.  In fact it could be said that worrying is simply paying interest on a problem that has not happened.  This negative energy example list could go on and on, but I think you get my point. While on the other side of the coin, positive consciousness will also create the like attracts like energy because, as said, your focus of consciousness is creating what you focus on.  You see consciousness is free choice and just as there are consequences to the choices we make there are also consequences to our consciousness on what we focus on throughout the day via our thoughts, words, actions and emotions. Therefore an example of positive consciousness would be the fact that the more you are thankful for, the more you are then given to be thankful for in return.  In other words, positive energy breeds positive energy while negative energy manifests negative energy…every time.  You see the universal law of "like attracts like" is in constant motion because energy attracts energy.  Everything has to do with your creation process… and that begins with where your primary energy is directed towards.    The creation process is structured on three basic levels and all three must be completed before manifested into reality.  Level one is created that by which you think of but do not speak of.  Level two is that by which you think of and speak of.  And finally level three (the most powerful) is that which you think, speak and take action of your thoughts, words and emotions.  I believe the problem among many people deals with the fact   they get stuck at level one or two thus are never really able to manifest their goals and dreams into reality.  Put another way, there are thinkers, talkers…and then there are doers.  The biggest key to beginning creation is to be thankful or grateful for what you have now and also what you will have later.  You see being thankful in advance sets up the energy of having already attained it in the mind.  Be very clear of what you will do, be or have.  Think about it often but do not as a "want" but rather already being there or having it.  You see by stating that you "want" something only signals the universe for you to experience more of the "want experience".  You need to begin and make your statements with "I am" or "It is coming to me".  An example would be saying, "I want a lean, healthy body.  This would only signal for you to experience more of wanting a lean, healthy body…but never actually making it a reality.  Instead, you should make the statement, "A lean, healthy body is coming to me".  By the same token, when you constantly think, speak and act out a negative concept such as, "I am fat, unhealthy and unhappy" you are placing a tremendous creative energy into motion to keep you fat, unhealthy and unhappy.  I realize that it is impossible to stay in a positive frame 100% of the time but I say this to you.  You must get in the habit of monitoring your thoughts; to think about what you are thinking about.  When you catch yourself thinking negative thoughts -- think again!  If your day starts out with a flat tire and you are already late for work and you start thinking, what bad is going to happened next -- think again -- because if you continue those thoughts then your entire day will become a domino effect of one bad happening after another.  Instead you need to change the direction of your negative thoughts to positive by thinking of something you are grateful for such as how much joy you had the moment your child was born, the last time he or she made you laugh, or the mere fact you are alive and healthy.  I understand it is not easy but you can train yourself to redirect your thoughts from negative to positive.  After all, just look at how well you have trained yourself not to do it all these years!  STEP 2: RESHAPE YOUR EATING  The Lean Factor eating system is simple.  It is designed for everyone, regardless of where you are now.  I don't believe in counting calories. I don't believe in counting fat, carbohydrate or protein grams.  I don't believe in keeping precise percentages of nutrients ingested daily.  I do not believe in diets, and I don't even use the "diet" when I am referring to how a person eats.  My way of thinking is that the actual word diet has a negative connotation to it, and my feeling is that negative thoughts equal wasted energy.  What I do believe in is telling you how to eat well and that good eating should be a way of life, which is what my Per-Fit eating program is all about.  My Per-Fit eating program is universally centered toward health on the inside first where as most "diets" are primarily focused upon the outside of the body.  I believe what you put inside of your body will manifest what the outside of the body will look like.  With that being said, my entire L.E.A.N. Factor eating program is about obtaining and keeping the body in a more alkaline based balance, which is very crucial to your good health for the present and the future. This measurement of health is referred to as the body's pH level - how acidic or alkaline it is.  You see the body requires a balanced pH level in order to maintain homeostasis, and when the body is in a naturally healthy state it is slightly more alkaline than acidic.  The problem is most of us are in a constant "acidic state of being" because we consume too many "toxin" producing foods and beverages the better part of our lives.  Now what is important for you to know is that when your body becomes more acidic than alkaline, this affects the insulin and thyroid hormones, disrupts blood sugar, slows the metabolism and thereby contributes to fat storage, among a host of other negative things.  Therefore my focus is to bring your pH levels back to a healthy state so that you will not only be leaner but healthier from an internal standpoint.  In this eating program, I will explain the basics of eating the Per- Fit way and then I will take you step by step through a 12-week nutrition program.  This ninety-day program is divided into two phases and then finishes with a "Lifetime" eating plan you will adopt as your "life program".  My program recognizes and respects the fact that no two individuals are alike in their situations; therefore, one person may begin with Phase One while another could start with Phase Two.  Then there are those who are not really looking for a major transformation in a three month period.  They may wish to jump right into the "Lifetime" eating program from the beginning.  It is all about where you are now, where you want to be, and in what time frame you want to arrive there.  Whatever your personal decision, I will show you how to arrive at your destination in a safe, fast, healthy, productive way STEP 3: RESHAPE YOUR BODY  Exercise is the third step in your process to look and feel fantastic both inside and out.  It is crucial to your well-being but you must exercise properly and engage in the "right" program.  "Cookie cutter" programs are fine for beginners, but if you want real results the program has to be innovative to the max…or you will be wasting your time!  I have been a personal trainer for over 27 years and I have found the best routine is a brief HIT (High Intensity Training) "non-routine routine."  By that I mean to constantly vary your routine every workout…in a short, but high intensity workout.  I have found, to avoid physical and mental plateaus, it is vital that you do so.  You must remember, it is not how long you exercise, but what you do in the time you are exercising.  This is a very common problem among people who go to the gym… and even those who employ the average personal trainer!  Yes, you heard me correct, the majority of personal trainers are lazy, lack integrity, non-creative and un-motivating….and it does not matter how many certifications they tell you they may have.  I am sorry to have to say this, but I am all about the truth and your well-being so I must be honest and caution you.
