X-Treme Fitness Personal Group Training is a four week (12 classes) indoor/outdoor fitness program that offers top
notch fitness instruction, nutritional counseling and motivational training. You will be led through innovative, fantastic,
high energy workouts by Master Trainer, Terry Bachman's 28 years experience. Personal Group Training classes will
be 45 minutes of non-stop total body sessions incorporating interval circuit training, mixed cardio, strength/resistance
training using bodyweight, machines, free weights, TRX suspension training, functional/core training…and overall
conditioning workouts that reminisce your high school days! Each session is based on Terry's exclusive "non-routine

The Nutrition Seminar will be held at Per-Fit Bodies on each Saturday, prior to the first week of group training. There
are no special supplements to buy. You will simply learn how to eat to live, energize your body and help prevent
sickness and disease.
Your presenter is Terry Bachman, who is a 28 year fitness industry leader. He is the owner & operator of Per-Fit
Bodies Personal Training Center for 20 years, the author of The L.E.A.N. Factor, creator of the LEAN X-TREME DVD
and has an educational background in exercise science and nutrition. Terry is married and his wife Jocelyn is also a
certified personal trainer of 8 years and Zumba instructor at Per-Fit Bodies. They have one child, Aisha and she is 9
years old.
Frequently Asked Questions
How is your personal group training different than bootcamps?
Bootcamps are primarily performed outside the majority of the time. Because of this fact, bootcamps always
have to contend with the weather…and the instructors are limited to what exercises and the number of
different exercises they can incorporate. In fact, the majority of the time as well, the camp participants are
required to bring their own equipment such as dumbbells or elastic tubing. Our personal group training class is
set in a private gym facility…and we can also train outdoors. With our system of training you have the best of
both worlds. Our participants will never bring any equipment apparatus to our class, as everything will be
provided. Bootcamps may have up to 50 plus participants in a class; therefore many simply get lost in the
crowd with no personal attention. We limit the number of participants in our classes to keep the personal
attention; therefore making the program much more effective. Bootcamps are many times run by trainers with
little experience in the fitness industry and little, if any, knowledge in the nutrition field. Our system was
designed by Terry's 28 years in the fitness industry while being degreed in exercise science and nutrition. In a
nutshell, our personal group training will provide 10 times the experience and variety that you would receive
from any typical bootcamp!
What is the Pre Assessment/Evaluation?
The Pre Assessment/Evaluation includes the following: 1.We will discuss what the group training class will
entail. 2. We will discuss your personal situation/health and provide you with a Health Assessment and
Personal Group Training Release Form you will be required to fill out. 3. We will take a few simple
measurements, your photo, and test your bodyfat %.
What will I need to bring to the class?
All you will need to bring is YOU, a towel and bottled water. Everything else will be provided for your exercise
program...unlike most bootcamps which you are required to bring your own weights and equipment. If you shall
desire, you may bring a personal heart monitor to ensure your heart rate is elevated to the degree it should be
during the class…for optimum results.
How soon will I get results?
Each workout is intentionally different based on Terry's innovative "non routine routine" method of
training...therefore the body will never physically adapt and you will not get bored from a mental perspective as
well. Performance improvement and feeling more energy can be seen and felt in as little as a few days. Visual
improvement can be seen in one week, but for sure in 2-3 weeks. The more you put forth the effort, the more
you will see results....especially if you follow Terry's nutritional advice in the free seminar prior to starting the
personal group training. And if you want access even faster results and TRIPLE YOUR RESULTS, schedule
an individual nutritional consultation with Terry for a discounted price. Everyone is expected to progress and
see results. If you aren't, then you're not putting forth the effort, missing class or watching what you are putting
in your mouth.
What if I am not physically fit?
The program is designed to accommodate all fitness levels...therefore participants will be give modifications if
needed. Each class will slightly increase in intensity and it is simply about moving forward.
What is a typical workout like?
That is the beauty of Terry's system of training...there is no typical workout! Workouts incorporate interval
circuit training, mixed cardio, strength/resistance training using bodyweight, machines and free weights, TRX
suspension training, function/core training, polymetric training, calisthenics, Terry's innovative exercises… and
much, much more!
Where is the X-Treme Fitness Personal Group Training held?
The personal group training class is held at Per-Fit Bodies Personal Training Center at 5082 S. Price Rd.,
Tempe. AZ. It is located on the NW corner of Price (101) and Baseline.
How long is each class?
Our classes run 45 minutes… of non-stop action!
What are the age requirements?
You must be 18 years or older to participate.
Do I have to sign a contract if I join or stay for a minimum of time?
Absolutely not! You only pay when you attend another 4 week training class. Alot of bootcamps will try to lock
you into "recurring payments" for up to 3, 6 or even 12 months…but not us!
What is the cost (investment in myself)?
Each four-week personal group training program begins the first of each month and has a fee of only $159 for
12 sessions…and we NEVER have a monthly contract or E.F.T (electric fund transfer) like many bootcamps.
The fee covers the personal group training classes, before and after assessments, nutrition seminar, and
unlimited email contact with Terry ( over $600 value). It averages out to only $13.25 per class. Where else can
you get premiere cutting edge fitness instruction for that incredible price with someone of 28 years in the
fitness industry? Terry charges up to $90 an hour ($45 per half hour sessions) for his personal one on one
training sessions. This is your opportunity to receive motivating fitness instruction for a fraction of the cost.
You truly cannot put a price on your health or the self esteem you will get from the X-Treme Fitness Personal
Group Training experience! If you look at what you will save in medical bills down the road or lost opportunities
due to you health...$13.25 a session for this type of mental and physical empowerment is a steal of a deal!
Do you offer any 4 week program less than a 12 session package?
Yes definitely! We have an 8 session /month program for only $130.
What if I have to miss a couple days, or can't make the month I signed up for, can I get a refund or make up classes in
the following month?
Our policy is that no refunds or credits are offered for any reason -- unless a class is canceled by X-Treme
Fitness Personal Group Training due to lack of enrollment (a minimum of 10 per class). Because we offer top
notch instruction (most bootcamp instructors have little to few years training experience and no nutritional
background versus our 28 years training experience and nutritional expertise), free nutrition seminar, unlimited
email contact with Terry, discounts for grouper referrals...there are no exceptions for refunds or credits... for any
reason. In order to keep our rates as low as they are and because we limit our class sizes, we do not offer any
refunds or credits for any reason…nor do we allow any transfer sessions to the following 4 week training class.
We want motivated, dedicated participants who are ready to work, change... and get amazing RESULTS!
